New Class: Chair Yoga & Holistic Wellness Series
We’re excited to introduce our Chair Yoga & Holistic Wellness Series! This program begins with Chair Yoga — a gentle, accessible practice designed to support mobility, balance, and breath awareness. Suitable for all ages and ability levels, the class offers a safe and inclusive space where participants can explore mindfulness through movement.
Future sessions will expand to include Guided Meditation, Sound Bowl Healing, and Community Mindfulness Circles. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support mental clarity, physical wellness, and spiritual balance in everyday life.
